1. Service Description

Hashping provides SMS and/or WhatsApp alerts when a monitored cryptocurrency address is observed in a new transaction on the blockchain. Users may submit specific public blockchain addresses to be monitored. The Service does not support or interpret extended public keys (such as xpub/ypub/zpub).

2. Eligibility And Intended Use

This Service is intended solely for monitoring personal cryptocurrency addresses. By submitting an address, you confirm that:

• The address is not associated with general use at a centralized or decentralized exchange
• You understand that addresses receiving high volumes of activity may be removed from monitoring at our discretion, without prior notice

Hashping reserves the right to reject or remove any address from monitoring, particularly those determined to violate this policy.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For illegal activity or to facilitate fraud, hacking, or financial surveillance of others
• In a way that could overload or impair the Service infrastructure
• To monitor addresses associated with cryptocurrency mixers, tumblers, or anonymizing services

Hashping reserves the right to reject or remove any address from monitoring, particularly those determined to violate this policy.

4. Testing and Reliability

While we strive to ensure timely and accurate alerts, blockchain activity can be complex and subject to factors outside our control. We strongly encourage users to test the Service using small transactions to confirm proper operation before relying on it for critical notifications.

Hashping provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free operation.

5. Fees And Limitations Of Liability

Use of the Service may require a paid subscription. In no event shall Hashping LLC's total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by the user for a one-year subscription to the Service.

Hashping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

6. Messaging And Opt-Out

All alerts are delivered via SMS and/or WhatsApp to the mobile number provided at time of registration. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying to any alert message with the word "STOP". Once opted out, you will no longer receive notifications unless you re-subscribe.

7. Privacy And Data Use

Hashping does not monitor or collect private keys, seed phrases, or any other sensitive account credentials. Submitted addresses are used solely for transaction monitoring purposes. We do not sell or share user data with third parties. We do not use cookies on our website.

8. Modification To The Service Or Terms

Hashping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. These Terms & Conditions may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.

Hashping reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.

9. Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on blockchain activity and address behavior. You may receive multiple messages per day or none at all, depending on transaction volume. You are responsible for any charges from your phone carrier related to messaging from the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
